Each light emitting diode contains one (1) 660 nm red light and two (2) 850 nm infrared emitters, for an actual total of ninety (90) LEDs (see LED layout image below). Its slender design with Velcro ends allows you to comfortably wrap it around a limb for maximum coverage. It's not bulky like the larger wraps, making it ideal for extremities.
A fully-charged battery can last you 4-5 days, using it twice a day for 20 minutes.
